Adding Available Memorial Items
![]() |
Available Items are the physical assets that you want to make available for donation With SeeMyLegacy you can list Available Memorial Items in an easy to use digital format. |
Adding your items
The way you add available items is by listing the different community spaces and parks where memorial items are offered. You will create an Item for each location so participants can see what and where they can give.
Here’s how to do it:
Click the Add Item button and select “Multi-Quantity Item.” Here are the details you’ll need to fill out
Item Name We recommend including the name of the location + the object that is available. For example “Adams Park Memorial Bench”. |
Item Description Share an overview of the Item, and how the dedication will be recognized (Plaque/Engraving). |
Photos Add in pictures of the location or the item that can be dedicated. |
Quantity Set the number of memorial items available at this location. |
Price How much does this Item cost to dedicate, you can factor in the cost of the product, instillation, and plaque. |
Payment Feature To accept online payments for your memorial Items, select “Yes” in the payment feature column. |
Once your details are filled out click “Add Items.” All Items will be added to the map, and will be placed at your main address for you to move to the correct location.
By going through this process your community members will now have a streamlined experience for making a dedication in the places they love.
