This article will walk you through the process of adding Memorial Options to your Memorial Campaigns, helping you create engaging opportunities for your community members to participate.

Steps to Add Memorial Options:

1. Click Edit Campaign

2. Select Memorial Options from the Side Panel

3. Click Add Memorial Option

While in the Campaign Editor select Memorial Option from the side panel. Then click Add Memorial Option on the option grid top right corner. This will open the Add Memorial Option side panel.

4. Enter the Following Memorial Option Details

Title:
Assign a clear and recognizable title to the Memorial Option, typically reflecting the option available for purchase (e.g. Memorial Park Bench or Main Street Memorial Planter).

Description:
Provide a detailed explanation of the Memorial Option, outlining key benefits and what the donor will receive in return. Clear, specific descriptions help attract interest and commitment.

Location Name:
Input location name where option is available. This is not an address but the name of the place.

Price + Quantity:
Enter the price of the Memorial Option and how many are available for purchase.

Accept Online Payment:
Enable this option if you would like to collect payments for your Memorial Program through SeeMyLegacy

Participant Form:
Choose the option that works best for you — select our Standard Form for quick setup, or a Custom Form for a more personalized experience. Click here to learn more about both form types.

Click to Add Photos:
Add photos of the Memorial Options, location where they will be available, and any other relevant photos.

Add Documents:
Click blue “Add Documents” button to activate document uploader to add any necessary documents (PDFs, word documents, etc.) that would be helpful to participants.

Visibility:
Select Public to ensure the item is visible to all potential participants. If you want to limit visibility to SeeMyLegacy users only, choose Private instead.

5. Save Your Option

Once you have filled in your details add your Memorial Option by hitting Save. After adding all of your Memorial Items you can then save your Memorial Campaign.
