Once your campaign has ended and is no longer accepting participants, you can mark it as Complete. Doing so will keep the campaign visible on your SeeMyLegacy profile for reference, while ensuring that no new participants can join. This helps you maintain an organized campaign list and clearly signals to your community which campaigns are finished.
Marking a Campaign Complete:
1. Click Edit Campaign
2. Click Complete Campaign on the Side Panel
3. Select Yes, Complete Campaign
4. Click Next
5. Update Campaign Description
- This is where you can update the description to thank participants, share any campaign successes, and acknowledge the campaign is no longer accepting participants.
6. Click Next to Update Photos
- This is where you can upload photos from the campaign to share the success and fun!
7. Hit Complete Campaign
Reactivating a Completed Campaign
Need to reopen a campaign that was marked as complete? You can easily reactivate it in just a few clicks. From the campaign view, select Edit Campaign, then choose Reactivate Campaign from the left-hand panel. Once reactivated, your campaign will be live and available for participation again.
