This article will walk you through the process of adding Sponsorship Options to your Sponsorship Campaigns, helping you create engaging opportunities for businesses and community members to get involved and support your initiatives.
Steps to Add Sponsorship Options:
1. Click Edit Campaign
2. Select Sponsorship Options from the Side Panel
3. Click Add Sponsorship Option
While in the Campaign Editor select Sponsorship Option from the side panel. Then click Add Sponsorship Option on the option grid top right corner. This will open the Add Sponsorship Option side panel.
4. Enter the Following Sponsorship Option Details
Title:
Assign a clear and recognizable title to the Sponsorship Option, typically reflecting the opportunity being offered (e.g., Event Sponsor – Summer Concert Series or Community Banner Sponsorship).
Description:
Provide a detailed explanation of the Sponsorship Option, outlining the benefits, visibility, and recognition sponsors will receive. Clear, engaging descriptions help attract interest and demonstrate the value of partnering with your organization.
Location Name:
If applicable, input location name. This is not a required field and can remain blank.
Price + Quantity:
Enter the cost of the Sponsorship Option and specify how many sponsorships are available at this level.
Accept Online Payment:
Enable this option if you would like to collect payments for your Sponsorship Program through SeeMyLegacy
Participant Form:
Choose the option that works best for you — select our Standard Form for quick setup, or a Custom Form for a more personalized experience. Click here to learn more about both form types.
Click to Add Photos:
Upload photos that showcase your sponsorship opportunities — such as sponsored events, banners, signage, or community spaces — along with any visuals that help potential sponsors see how their support will be recognized and celebrated.
Add Documents:
Click blue “Add Documents” button to activate document uploader to add any necessary documents (PDFs, word documents, etc.) that would be helpful to sponsors.
Visibility:
Select Public to ensure the item is visible to all potential sponsors. If you want to limit visibility to SeeMyLegacy users only, choose Private instead.
5. Save Your Option
Once you have filled in your details add your Sponsorship Option by hitting Save. After adding all of your Sponsorship Options you can then save your Sponsorship Campaign.
You can now view your newly created Sponsorship Option within your Campaign, where your community members will be able to see and interact with it.
